The Cold Start Fuel Pump, also known as a “cold start pump”, has the function of pumping gasoline from the auxiliary reservoir when the vehicle is filled with ethanol only or when the ambient temperature is low, depending on the needs of the engine.

Its operation consists of taking the fuel through pipes to the solenoid valve.
